Phòng Tài chính – Kế hoạch quận huyện lập bảng kê mẫu 08A-MSNS-BTC, sau đó gửi toàn bộ mẫu 01-MSNS-BTC và mẫu 08A-MSNS-BTC cho Sở Tài chính để được cấp mã số.</span></p>
